On December 24, 2016 the Macomb Interceptor Drain Drainage District sewer interceptor collapsed along 15 Mile Road in Fraser, MI. The collapse created a 50-feet wide, 260-feet long and 3-feet deep sinkhole. The sewer collapse caused nearly 13 million gallons of raw sewage to dump into the Clinton River. Two emergency contracts were let out to repair the interceptor. Jay Dee was contracted to install 3,700 ft of 9 ft. 2 in. diameter CCFRP inside the damaged interceptor in 30 calendar days.
